Title slide says "When bubbles are a reinforcer, opening a tight lid becomes valuable and evokes a mand." Video shows a woman and a child outside. The woman is holding a bottle of bubble liquid and hands it to the child saying "Here are your bubbles". The child responds with "Oh, great" and proceeds to try and open the bottle. He cannot open it so he hands it back to the woman and says "Open this". The woman takes the bottle, opens it, and hands it back to the child. The child then proceeds to blow bubbles from the bottle.
